Ahein, pronounced E-N, is a 20 year old imaginist who’s not afraid to live life on the edge. With a crop top with rhinestones made of washers, high wasted shorts, a belt of bullets and a headband with a little flower on top to confirm her gender, she is out. Working early as an artist paid minimum wage, designing cup holders. Her dream never coming true, of being an artist that can make beauty out of ink. She lives in poverty, everyday waking up to the sounds of everyday life, calling it her trash pickup anthem. As she walks by the tattered walls of graffiti she sings to herself a calming song her grandmother taught her before the world became still, “Here comes the sun little darling, here comes the sun and I say, it’s alright.” Lost in the daze of the beauty in her imagination, she takes risk of going out alone. Although in poverty, her life is nothing but excitement, full of the most enriching people. Samm the inquirer; he looks super nerdy in his bifocals but its the closest he’s got to stylish. He is a cool guy who would be flawless if he has contacts. Friends with Ahein for eight years. Bet, full name Bethanaleiye, pronounced Be-than-a-lee, she is shy and witty, stuck to her computer, locking herself in a room to go insane. Friends for fourteen years. Then Aday, pronounced At-ay, Ahein’s oldest and most dedicated friend who lives life on the edge instead of in a storybook. She lives life real and hard. Almost reaching her destination, she risked it, now she must fight for her life.
